Bloomin' Tuesday

A rut. That's what I'm in. Every week I amble on down to a local grocery store and peruse the floral isle. It's a great little rut to be in. Since I can't grow it in my garden during the winter, I might as well support the local economy and purchase some blossoms. It's amazing how far two little bunches of flowers can go. Three bouquets.
**Sigh**
My week is complete.

Feel free to mosey on over to Ms. Green Thumb Jeans to visit more Bloomin' Tuesday posts.

I need a pick me up. Maybe I should go browse the floral department at our local store and pick out something pretty :)

Sometimes I forget I can do this too! It is a wonderful feel good thing to do. I usually pick out the extreme bright blooms...and they look like a train wreck together...but yours look just beautiful!

I do this same thing when I get an arrangement of flowers. I can have flowers for about two weeks, albeit not as fresh. It always surprises me that the filler plants always seem to go before many of the flowers. In another few months, you'll have your own flowers!

Great way to get some spring indoors! Lovely boquets. We have them at our store for 4 dollars sometimes. We're certainly all worth 4 dollars a week! Jean

My favourite spot in the winter is the flower department of my local grocery store or walmart.
Like your bouquets. Just the thing to chase away winter blues!
