Blog Renovations...

I'd like to start this post by offering a huge "thank you" to those who voted for my Love Birds in the "True Love Contest" at Sew, Mama, Sew! I appreciate it so much!

You may have noticed something different. My blog went through a little cosmetic surgery this weekend and came out the other side refreshed, refurbished, and renewed. I adore the new look! I worked with Krystal from Blog Designs by Sassy Sanctuary for this thorough revamp! Krystal has nerves of steel and the patience of Job. Seriously. She is so easy to work with and I appreciated her diligence when it came to making sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. Remember a couple of weeks ago when I had my blog design updated? Well, as time went on it I realized it wasn’t quite what I had envisioned, so Krystal from Sassy Sanctuary {a very patient woman} went back to work and came up with this fantabulous rendition. It’s exactly what I wanted. I am in love with it. My husband should be insanely jealous. When I told him of my new obsession, he had the audacity to yawn. I guess after 33 years of marriage he’s not terribly fearful of getting replaced.

Anywho. I just wanted to give a loud and enthusiastic shout out to Krystal. I appreciated her patience and design expertise so much!  If you're in the mood for a little blog design update, you'll want to contact her...

Makeovers...

The value of a good makeover -- either in a room, on a face, or to a blog -- cannot be overestimated!

Hopefully you noticed that my blog has been treated to a complete renovation. Krystal, over at Sassy Sanctuary, is the woman responsible for the overhaul! I think she did a fabulous job. A little over a week ago I contacted her to see if she might be able to treat my blog to a little TLC. She started a couple of days ago, and I've loved what she's accomplished. Working with mwaaaa can be a bit overwhelming at times. I can be rather particular, so I truly appreciated her patient, kind manner. She worked closely with me giving me great suggestions and options, but leaving all the decisions up to me. Loved the process and love the results!
