It's Bloomin' Tuesday . . .

It's time once again for a quick walk through my garden. This time I'll concentrate on our roses. When we planted these roses they were tucked between small fruit trees on the perimeter of our yard. Since then the fruit trees have flourished, and the roses have suffered from shade imposed upon them by those trees. Each year, however, the roses give it their best and manage a nice showing even though they would love to have more sun. Currently they are in full bloom. Here are a few collages of photos I took a few days ago...

hi suzanne, i'm visiting from jami's garden party...

such gorgeous roses! thanks for sharing them with us. i've planted my first ever rose (well, due to prompting from my little guy, so it's actually *his* little rose) and yes.. i'm a bit intimidated! such beauties when they do well though.

Hi Suzanne

I always admire other's roses as I don't have any of my own. I think the second row of pinks are my favorites. .. although that classic red is a beauty...
Thanks for sharing with us.

Your Roses looks pretty healthy to me considering how much shade they receive. Gorgeous! :)

I am in awe of all your beautiful flowers! I can grow vegetables (some of those are stumping me though) but flowers are something I cannot seem to get to grow for me.

Wow!

Your roses are beautiful! I can't tell from the photos that they are in the shade or are unhappy in any way.

Thanks for your comment on my BT post. I do seem to be a plant collector.

Love them ALL! But my all-time favorite rose is a yellow rose (yours is beautiful!); it's the first flower my then husband-to-be ever gave me--years and years ago! Love the collages.

Hi Suzanne,

Your roses are stunning! The yellow ones just stand right out. I'm glad to see they flourished this year.

I'm a rose fanatic. Yours are gorgeous, even though they would like more sun. I especially like the bold yellow.
