Bloomin' Tuesday...

My Bloomin' Tuesday posts are getting few and far between. Today I disposed of the rest of my container plants and started preparing the yard for the big Fall clean-up. Soon we'll be blowing leaves into big colorful piles, but today I'll enjoy a few more shots of summer. One thing that screams "Summer" to me is the sound of a sprinklers. I love the sound of the chchchch -- pshewwwww of a rotating sprinkler. Here's one last shot of my delicious impatiens being given a drink...

Knowing that Summer is coming to a close my morning glory decided to pour on the steam. They are beautiful right now. Such a welcome sight every morning.

One last shot of one of my volunteers. Don't you love volunteers? They creep into your garden to the delight and enjoyment of all...

Those impatiens are really lush & gorgeous right now. Can't believe you are already preparing for fall cleanup. It might be another month or so before I have to do that. :)

I'm about done for the summer too just like the plants. I'm ready for a change of seasons. Stunning display of impatiens.

I need to clean up my pots on the deck too. This heat all summer has just been brutal on the potted plants. I will plant pansies in the fall for the winter months. Love & blessings from NC!

How beautiful! I've loved gardening this year, but I'm kind of ready for fall clean up.
