Thank you!
To receive February's Plaque Attack please leave a comment below, then send me an email with the words "February Plaque Attack" in the subject line of the email. My email address is at the top of my sidebar under "Contact Information." If you are requesting more than one month, please let me know which months you would like in the body of the email. Because our Plaque Attack Club is growing by the hundreds monthly, I'm finding difficult to reply to each email that is sent, however, I love your sweet comments and your fabulous ideas about how you have used the plaque document. In your comment below tell us how you have used the document, and please include any links to posts that you've published using the Plaque Attack document. That way all can enjoy your fabulous creativity! If you have a particular question, please don't hesitate to include that in your email. I'd love all to benefit from some of the original ideas that you ladies have shared with me through your emails! Thank you so much! Please remember that you have to check back monthly to request each individual plaque.
February is a month filled with sweet Valentine wishes, chocolate and kisses and February's plaque certainly reflects those sentiments!
Whether you are planning on making the plaque right away or later next month, please request it as soon as possible! On February 8th I will be wending my way to my daughter's home to spend some time with her family, so I will be unavailable to send the plaque wording to you during that time! (Any email requests received for the plaque wording from the 8th - 11th, will be emailed on February 12th!)
I have to admit that this plaque is my favorite of all that I've made. Did you notice the cute fonts I used? These free fonts can easily be downloaded to your computer by going to {Kevin&Amanda.com}. They have hundreds of fabulous fonts for the taking. So kind of them to share their talents so freely!
Remember: If you would like to make this plaque leave a comment below, then email me requesting the document. If you are requesting more than one month, please make sure you specify the month(s) you are requesting in the body of the email. My email address is at the top of my sidebar under "Contact Information". No purchase necessary. After receiving the document all you'll have to do is select a sheet of scrapbook paper, print the document off, and follow the instructions in this tutorial.
Important: By requesting this document you agree not to sell copies of this pattern or sell products with this pattern on them. You may make as many copies as you would like for personal use or gifts.
Update: Some have asked where to find the wooden plaques for these documents. I buy mine at Hobby Lobby ($1.47), and I imagine most craft stores have these plaques. If you can't find them in your area, you can purchase them online at Hobby Lobby -- go here! If that doesn't work here is another source for a 6 3/4" square plaque for the same price!

Thank you for offering these "plaque attacks" each month. I love them! I have a sofa table in my main room that I change the decor on every month - these little plaques are so cute and the perfect size to go on my table and bring a cute touch to the month's theme.
So cute! I have only made January's and my husband thought I had bought it! :) They are the perfect little touch to any decor!

I love your plaques and have been requesting them and making them for several months. I'm a preschool director and each month's plaque sits on a table outside my office for the whole month. Thanks soooo much for providing these plaques for us!!!
What a cute plaque! Always so many cute ideas. I love the idea of your last decoration but the chocolate would NEVER last. Too many of us(and what I really mean is me) have a sweet tooth. Sucha cute idea though.
Another great plaque, thanks for creating such wonderful, fun decorations.
I love seeing the plaques every month. Thanks!
I have been anxiously waiting for this. My husband and I are hosting a Valentine Dinner for our 11th and 12th Grade Sunday School Class and this will complete my decorating!

You are an amazing person for sharing your talents with all of us! Your plaques have encouraged me to think of different ways to accent my home for each month. Mine sit on the sofa table in the main area of our home. This time, now that I have made a few, I plan to make one for my son to give his teacher for valentine's day. Super cute and thank you!!!
Oh do I love this plaque - thanks for offering it to us.
I love the monthly plaques!!
Thanks for sharing your creativity.
I love these plaques...my daughter-in-law introduced me to your blog...I can't wait to make some of your plaques...I love them! Thanks for sharing. Lynette
Thank you for offering this. This is my first request - I can not pass this one up. I think I'd like to make this as a gift for some of my close friends. Thank you!
I just started and am in the process of catching up. I'm ready to paint January and have already bought paper for Feb. and March! This summer I plan on making several of the Christmas ones for gifts.
February's Plaque Attack is soooo cute!! I look forward to each month's word doc! I bought a simple black frame and just change out the word doc each month. The frame sits in my entry way to welcome all.
I LOVE this one! I used Amanda's fonts on my blog then deleted the host site and lost it all! I'll have to try it again. I hope to make a few of these for my family. My mom, daughter, son and mother-in-law all have birthdays in February!
Love your designs. Thanks.

I have been waiting for this plaque and it is definitely one of my favorites. Thanks again, Kimberley!!
I love this club! I keep my plaque of the month on a shelf in side my elementary school classroom. I also make them for gifts. Many thanks, Dana
So cute! I have got to find the perfect paper to show this off on.
Thanks again for offering these!
your monthly plaques are the best! i was able to get two done for sept. and oct. which i displayed on my mantle on a gold wire stand. i now have paper and wooden blocks for the next 6 months that i purchased at hobby lobby. the one for feb. is a white background with a bubblegum pink design all over it - should look really 'sweet' when i'm done with it. thank you for sharing!
I love these. I actually have a frame that they fit in. I just display the new one each month. Thank you so much!
I make my plaque and take it to work. It makes me smile when I'm working away! Thanks for your cute ideas
Suzanne, I have loved your plaques for months now. Thank you! I'm glad "chocolate" is there. :)
I have made a plaque every month since I found you. Thank you so much for takin the time to share your talents with all of us.
Suzanne, this plaque will sit handsomely on the table in the entrance to my home. Thank you for sharing (and thank you for the lead on the fonts--can't wait to check those out.) I'm pretty new to blog-ville and I am overwhelmed at the creativity in display everywhere I turn! Thanks!
I love the plaques!! I display them in my home every month and get many compliments on them! Thank you :)
So cute! can hardly wait to make some for me and my co-workers!!! thanks for sharing!
I can't wait to make these...have to find some plaques first :) Thanks again!
I have a small black frame that lets me switch the plaque from month to month! Just takes a little resizing. They may great gifts and help me celebrate each season!
If I can ever find the wood plaques I plan on displaying them on my desk at work. HL online is sold out and the store doesn't carry the right size. None of the other craft stores in the area have that size either. I will keep looking......someday I will find them and then watch out it will be craft day for me.
Thanks for your talent!
I love them all- I see the current one and think it's my favorite, until I look back at the previous month! I haven't made them on a plaque yet, just paste it in cardstock and place it front and center in a bookcase!
Thank you for these!
Ohhhh this is sooooo cute!
I am off to email for the document! I have to make this!
Thanks a bunch,
Dolly
Thank you for offering these plaque attacks!!! I'm sending an email for the document :) Thank you again, and I'm a new follower.

I love the Plaque Attacks and so happy to see it early. I want to put it up now. I need a fresh new one since this winter is feeling so long. I display mine every month, but don't have a blog so nothing to share. Thanks so much.
Thanks again for sharing these...sooo cute!! I actually have been using ceramic tiles for these instead of the wooden plaque since that's what I have on hand. I have to trim them down a little more, but it still looks great!
I have been waiting for Feb. So cute! Thanks!
Just found your plaques from the CSI link party. So cute! I can't wait to start making some!
I think this is my favorite plaque too. So cute! I can't wait to make it. Thank you so much for sharing with everyone.
I love this one! I used the December ones for gifts for some of the girls in my Sunday School class, and they loved them!
I've used the December design on a pillow. My family and I surprised a friend and her family with the 12 days of christmas gifts...we left little gifts pertaining to the 12 days of christmas on her doorstep and fled. On the 12th day we revealed ourselves along with giving her the 12 gift...this pillow and a box of cookies. The tag read something along the lines of the pillow being used to muffle the sound of the 12 drummers drumming and we "drummed" up the cookies.
Love it!!! You do a great job & I look forward to seeing each new plaque. Thank you!!!
I haven't made my plaque attacks yet because I haven't purchased any plaques. Thanks for telling places to purchase them and thanks for sharing these every month.
Thank you; I always look forward each month to the new plaques. I print and frame mine, changing the same frame with each new monthly print. My family and friends look forward to seeing the new print each month...you have started a new tradition for us :-)
Annie

At church there's this crazy ledge in the stairway leading up to our fellowship hall that I decorate for each "season". The January plaque is currently quite happy there along with some (epsom salt) snowballs, sled, snowman, vase of sticks - think winter mantle ; )
Thanks again for sharing!!
